2 lb wheatgrass | 1 lb sunflower
Makes 2-3 oz wheatgrass juice every day for a week and 1 lb of sunflower for salads, sandwiches, juicing, smoothies or just to snack on.
Note: It is best to drink wheatgrass every day on an empty stomach (30 minutes before or after eating).
We recommend have 1-2 oz in the morning & afternoon.
If you have too much at the end up the week, juice it up and put it in an ice tray for later.
