DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please note, order processing times are separate from shipping time shown at the checkout.
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation mail. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Our products are delivered by United Parcel Services (UPS). As of now, we only offer UPS ground shipping service. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Domestic shipping time varies based on the delivery locations within the US.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to postal service problems that are out of our control.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Knifehand Nutrition ships to addresses within the U.S. As of now, we do not deliver products to P.O. boxes.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.
If you don’t receive your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation mail, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Knifehand Nutrition is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Knifehand Nutrition is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at email@example.com.
